Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-13
This page covers what Dovkie collects, where we store it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain English — no surprises.
What we collect
- Account info. Your name and email when you sign in. Authentication is handled by Logto.
- Billing info. If you upgrade to a paid plan, Stripe handles your card details — we never see them. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- What you configure. The monitors, alerts, and connector destinations you set up.
- Public API content. Snapshots of the public API specs and changelog pages we watch on your behalf. These come from third-party documentation websites — not from you.
We don't sell or share any of this with anyone outside the subprocessors listed below.
Where we store it
- Cloudflare — our database and snapshot storage.
- Logto Cloud — your authentication identity.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing records.
- Resend — transactional email (verification, alerts).
- Anthropic (Claude) — used to classify the severity of detected API changes. Only the diff itself is sent — no account or billing data.
- Railway — hosts our background worker that polls APIs on a schedule.
If we add or change a subprocessor in a meaningful way, we'll update this page.
Cookies
We use the minimum: a session cookie for authentication and a small preference cookie for your theme choice (light, dark, or system). No tracking, no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, or ask us a question at any time — just get in touch. Deleting your account permanently removes your monitors, alerts, connectors, and personal info within 30 days.
Changes
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll bump the date at the top and notify active users by email.
