Remove ai_gateway_trace field from multiple response schemas

What changed
The ai_gateway_trace object field has been removed from 10 response schema locations across what appear to be log/event-related endpoints. Clients that read or depend on the ai_gateway_trace property in API responses will no longer find it documented, and it may stop being returned — this is a breaking removal of a previously documented response field.
